1. Services

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.

  • Service dates and times are subject to availability.

  • Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in advance and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before or immediately after service completion.

  • Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Valuxe Clean reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability or safety concerns.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate service details during booking

  • Secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items prior to service

  • Inform us of any special instructions, hazards, or sensitive areas

Valuxe Clean is not responsible for damage caused by unstable items or pre-existing conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean or suitable resolution

7. Damage & Liability

  • Our team is trained to handle your space with care and professionalism.

  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • Valuxe Clean’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a risk to our staff. Clients must disclose any known hazards before service.

9. Use of Cleaning Products

We use professional-grade cleaning products. If you require eco-friendly or specific products, please inform us in advance. Valuxe Clean is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and branding are the property of Valuxe Clean and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.
